  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?


    Returns are accepted within 48- 72 hours after you receive your order, please check sizing and size charts to ensure your item will fit properly. Exchanges may be made under certain circumstances, please contact us no later than 72 hours after delivery of items by email to discuss arrangements. We want to ensure the sanctification of all customers so please contact us as soon as possible if you are dissatisfied with any of your Harper Young merchandise.


  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada


  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please allow 48- 72 hours for proccessing.


  • What if lingerie doesn't fit?

    Most of our lingerie is one size fit all, all others range in size from S- XL. For sanitary reasons we are unable to accepts returns on lingerie for any reason.


  • Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

    Yes, once your package has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number via email.
